Kapaciti was founded in 2024 by Alexander Galldin on a simple idea. Swedish companies have begun to understand that AI is no longer a question for the future, but most of them have nobody to walk with. Not a consultancy giant that takes three months to write a report. Not a student hacker who builds a demo and disappears. Somebody in between, who knows both the technical and the human side.
We are a small team in Skellefteå. We are looking for our first pilot collaborations with Swedish companies in regulated industries, and we take on no more engagements than we can deliver properly.
Build, teach, guide. Three tracks that overlap and strengthen one another. Never three separate offers, always one partnership.
We write the code, design the AI employees, connect the systems. The aim is to leave something concrete behind: customer service work, content engines, KYC flows, audit chains. Not demos. Things designed to keep running once the engagement ends.
AI tools are worth nothing if the team does not dare to use them. We train groups of five to fifty people in working with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Perplexity on their own everyday work. No slides about the history of GPT. Concrete exercises on your own email, documents and customer data.
Before anything is built or taught, you need to know what you are actually trying to achieve. We sit down with the leadership team and draw the AI strategy in an afternoon. What is worth automating, where the competence risks sit, how you stay inside the EU AI Act. Then we take it forward in concrete steps.
No platitudes. No framed values on the office wall. Just how we actually behave when it gets difficult.
There are too many AI agencies with a slick slide deck and a proof of concept that never reaches production. We work the other way round: minimal pitch, maximum delivery. The first thing we show is an architecture designed to run at your place for real.
We sit in Skellefteå because we want to. Lower overheads, clearer air, longer thoughts. The best solutions tend to get drawn at a kitchen table up north.
AI is a tool, not a strategy. We never build anything that replaces human judgement where human judgement is needed. We do build a great deal that frees people from work that should never have been theirs in the first place.
We show our methods and our architecture openly. We say so when something is hard or expensive or risky. Sometimes we recommend that you do not run the project at all. Over time everyone gains from that.
Write a couple of lines about where you are today and what you hope will happen next. We read everything ourselves and reply within 24 hours.

A summary roughly once a month. What has changed in the rules and which vendor shifts affect Swedish companies. Sent by us, not by an automation pretending to be us.
