Kapaciti is a Swedish AI automation company in Skellefteå that builds ALEX, a digital AI employee, and trains staff in AI. It was founded by Alexander Gälldin. ALEX prepares the recurring office work and asks for your yes before anything goes out.
We are a small team, and the person who builds ALEX is the person who answers your email. What we describe as built is built, and what is on the way is marked as on the way.
ALEX reads the inbox, drafts replies in your tone with sources and puts them in front of you. The sources come from material you have provided yourselves, so you see where every detail comes from before you approve.
Most of what changes when ALEX arrives happens with people, which is why we train as well: leadership teams in half a day, and staff on their own work.
Alexander Gälldin founded Kapaciti. He is the developer behind ALEX and runs the training himself, so you are never passed between a salesperson and an engineer.
Kapaciti is a trading name. The business is currently run as a sole proprietorship, and a limited company is being formed.

As of 30 September 2026, ALEX runs in shadow mode on Kapaciti's own server against our own inbox. No customer has ALEX in production yet.
Several capabilities are demos or planned. Modules lists the status of every capability, line by line. We have had no external security audit and hold no certificates. What we do have is a signed log (in Swedish) that your auditor can verify independently.
We are based in Skellefteå and work across Sweden. We come to you when being in the same room makes a difference, and meet over video when it does not.
Each customer gets a dedicated server in the EU, and your data is never shared with another customer. If you require it, ALEX runs in your own environment with your own model key. Every sub-processor, including the AI provider and where it operates, is listed openly in the privacy policy (in Swedish).
