A module is an AI agent that ALEX uses for one defined task, such as answering customer email, suggesting bookkeeping entries for receipts or suggesting a case number for an incoming document. Kapaciti, based in Skellefteå, Sweden, has designed sixteen modules across four areas. None is in production with a customer today. Each card shows whether the module is a demo or planned, and every example is signed so you can check it yourself.
We send the technical documentation on request. Source code and customer-specific tone profiles are shared under an NDA.

Reads incoming customer email, sorts it and drafts replies in your tone. You approve before anything is sent, and every reply gets a receipt.
Reads the transcript of a phone call, drafts a reply and checks the tone against your tone profile.
Suggests the right size in your online shop from the garment's measurements and the customer's earlier purchases. The answer can appear on the product page or in the chat.
Assesses a return against your returns policy, works out the credit and decides whether a shipping label should be sent. Built on top of customer email.
Copy, image briefs and captions in your tone, always approved by you before publication.

Writes blog posts and landing pages in your tone, organised around the search terms you want to be found for.
Writes image briefs, captions and alt text in your tone for product pages, social and campaigns. The image itself is made in an image tool.
Reads yesterday's figures from Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn and recommends bids, budget moves and ad swaps. You make the call.
Works out the return on ad spend and the cost per new customer every day, channel by channel. Flags anomalies and recommends budget.
ALEX reads source material, summarises it with references and prepares bookkeeping entries and quotes for your approval.

Reads receipts and invoices and suggests the bookkeeping entries. Nothing is booked until your finance lead has approved the suggestion.
Works out a quote from the enquiry using your prices and margin rules. The model never invents prices of its own.
Scores how well each company on the list fits and writes the first message in your tone. The module sends nothing itself.
Summarises a PDF, a web page or a text as bullet points and shows, for every point, where in the source it comes from.

Building permits, citizen dialogue and zoning rest on the same foundation as the records system: sorting cases, spotting missing attachments and compiling responses. The records system comes first, the three are next.

Suggests the committee, case officer and case number for an incoming document. A person registers it.
Classifies the application under the Swedish Planning and Building Act, flags missing attachments, suggests a case number and routes it to the right case officer.
Sorts incoming submissions by topic and stance and summarises the most common objections for the committee's briefing.
Reads the plan documents and points out provisions that conflict and what was said in earlier consultations.
Questions about the modules
ALEX is the employee, and the modules are the tasks it handles, grouped in four areas: customer dialogue, marketing, finance and sales, and the public sector. Each module gets its own input and checks and writes every step to the same signed log. Nothing is sent, booked or changed until the right person has read it and said yes.
No module is in production with a customer today. Nine exist as demos and can be shown in a meeting, seven are planned. The status on each card comes from the same register we use internally, last updated 2026-09-19. When the status changes in the register, it changes here too.
Download the example from a demo module's page and run the check step by step. A valid signature shows two things: that the example comes from Kapaciti's key and that nothing has changed since it was written. It does not show that the answer in the example is right. You judge that when you read it.
Each customer gets a dedicated server in the EU, and your data is never shared with another customer. If you require it, ALEX runs in your own environment with your own model key. Every sub-processor, including the AI provider and where it operates, is listed openly in the privacy policy. Where a module can be tried on this site, the call goes through the AI provider, so leave out personal data.
We do not publish prices. You get the price in writing after we have mapped your work, before anything is booked. It starts with a thirty-minute call about your week, then a shadow week in which ALEX reads and suggests without touching anything, so you see the result before you decide.
ALEX makes no decision that calls for judgement you have to stand behind, does not rule on confidentiality and sends nothing on its own initiative. A person on your side decides every building permit, entry and refund. We have no external security audit and no certificates. What is not built is marked as planned on the cards.
Every public example is signed with the same Ed25519 key. Download an example, fetch the public key and run the verifier in our open reference repository on GitHub. You never need to contact our servers.
